Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to deliver complex web applications, mentor engineers, and drive AI-enabled features. You will architect solutions using Node.js on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend, with cloud deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong design sense, and collaboration with product, UX, and business stakeholders. Office presence in Kraków is expected at least 3 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience shipping fullstack applications.
• Experience leading engineers in agile teams and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of fullstack apps.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices in code quality, testing, DevOps, and AI integration.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services to optimize workflows and customer experiences.
