Qualifications

As a Senior Technical Leader and hands-on Software Engineer, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications used across multiple business units throughout Europe. The position combines software architecture, full-stack development, and technical leadership. Key responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, establishing development standards and best practices, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives while maintaining high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer
• Front-End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks)
• Back-End technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages; experience with frameworks like

• Lead the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions, supporting automation and continuous delivery initiatives
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and development efficiency
