Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to develop complex electronics for high‑temperature downhole applications. You will lead circuit design, perform SPICE simulations, support PCB layout and develop test systems across the full design lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in circuit design, a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience with analog/digital designs, and familiarity with FPGA development (HDL preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of circuit design experience.
• Electrical Engineering degree required (FH/University/TU).
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of electronic components and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Circuit design of mixed analog and digital electronics.
• SPICE simulation of circuits under high temperature.
• Support of PCB layout.
• Test and characterization of circuits at high temp.
• Development of test systems including hardware and software.
• Component qualification for high temperature applications.
• Documentation and design reviews across milestones.
