Sii Poland leads digital transformation projects by delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role blends consulting, delivery, and solution architecture with heavy emphasis on process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate will drive workshops, requirements gathering, and end‑to‑end solution design. English proficiency and Poland presence are required as part of our international delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, ALM and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs.
• Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end‑to‑end project execution.
• Participating in pre‑sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation.
