Job summary

Sportradar AG in Warsaw is seeking an Information Security specialist to strengthen vulnerability management, embed security into software development, and support DevSecOps across engineering and platform teams.

You will analyze vulnerabilities across applications and infrastructure, translate findings into practical remediation guidance, and contribute to cloud, Kubernetes, and container security initiatives while driving secure SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management, DevSecOps, security engineering, application security or a related field.
• Understanding of risk-based vulnerability prioritisation and remediation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

ABOUT US

You will join a multidisciplinary Information Security team working closely with Engineering and Platform teams to strengthen vulnerability management and embed security into software development and delivery.

The team’s responsibilities span vulnerability management, DevSecOps, cloud and application security, and security tooling. You will contribute based on your expertise and the team’s priorities, without being expected to own every area independently.

THE CHALLENGE

Analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, cloud and engineering platforms.

Partner with technical teams to develop practical remediation plans and drive security risks towards resolution.

Support vulnerability triage, reporting, remediation tracking and continuous process improvement.

Help integrate security controls and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Contribute to secure software development lifecycle practices and developer enablement.

Support cloud, Kubernetes, container and application security initiatives.

Work with security platforms such as GitLab, SonarQube, Mend, Tenable, Sysdig and comparable solutions.

Contribute to security automation, tooling integrations and proof-of-concept activities.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in vulnerability management, DevSecOps, security engineering, application security or a related field.

Understanding of risk-based vulnerability prioritisation and remediation.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure software development practices.

Knowledge of cloud security, ideally within AWS environments.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers and application security concepts, including the OWASP Top 10.

Ability to translate technical findings into clear, practical remediation guidance.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively across multiple teams.

You do not need to be an expert in every area listed. We are interested in candidates who combine depth in one or more relevant disciplines with the curiosity and collaborative mindset to contribute across the team.

OUR WORKING MODEL

This is an office-first role based in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will be expected to work from our Warsaw office five days per week, collaborating closely with colleagues across Security, Engineering and Platform teams.
