Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE lead to join a regulatory reporting project in Wealth Management. The role focuses on enterprise-scale Azure and Kubernetes platforms, automating infrastructure with Terraform and Helm, and building GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines.

You will design and operate distributed systems, implement secret management solutions, and contribute to scalable, reliable environments used for high-volume data processing. Banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps/SRE experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps/CI/CD and monitoring.

Project is related to regulatory reporting for one of Clients from Wealth Management Banking area. We are using Linux/Unix & .Net technologies. We also plan to start necessary development activities related to integrate existing solution with a newly created umbrella system used for high volume data archiving.

Responsibilities

• Operate with Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.Built GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

SKILLS

Must have

• - Over 5 years od DevOps / SRE experience as Lead- Strong Azure and Kubernetes with hands-on strong experience- Hands on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps / CI/CD- Enterprise-scale experience Grafana & Prometheus, distributed systems architecture and secret mgmt. solutions

- Nice to have Istio Service Mesh and zero-trust architecture- Nice to Have banking environment or blockchain
