Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Lead DevOps/SRE to drive enterprise-scale infrastructure in a banking regulatory context. You will own Azure and Kubernetes platforms, design scalable CI/CD pipelines, and automate provisioning with Terraform and Helm.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, and strong secret management and observability with Grafana and Prometheus. Remote work may be limited to hybrid arrangements in Kraków area.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of DevOps / SRE experience in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on Azure and Kubernetes experience.
• Hands-on Terraform, Helm and GitOps/CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Grafana & Prometheus and secret management.

Job description

Project is related to regulatory reporting for one of Clients from Wealth Management Banking area. We are using Linux/Unix & .Net technologies. We also plan to start necessary development activities related to integrate existing solution with a newly created umbrella system used for high volume data archiving.

Responsibilities:

• Operate with Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.
• Built GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• - Over 5 years od DevOps / SRE experience as Lead
• - Strong Azure and Kubernetes with hands-on strong experience
• - Hands on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps / CI/CD
• - Enterprise-scale experience Grafana & Prometheus, distributed systems architecture and secret mgmt. solutions
