Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE Lead to operate on a major regulatory reporting project in the Wealth Management Banking space. You will work with Linux/Unix and .Net, manage Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale, and drive automation with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps/CI/CD.

The role includes potential project rotation across locations and accounts. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE leadership, strong Azure/Kubernetes skills, and hands-on experience with

• Over 5 years of DevOps/SRE experience in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on Azure and Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
• Proficient with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Grafana & Prometheus; distributed systems and secret management.

Project is related to regulatory reporting for one of Clients from Wealth Management Banking area. We are using Linux/Unix & .Net technologies. We also plan to start necessary development activities related to integrate existing solution with a newly created umbrella system used for high volume data archiving.

Operate with Azure and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.

Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.

Built GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Over 5 years od DevOps / SRE experience as Lead
• Strong Azure and Kubernetes with hands-on strong experience
• Hands on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps / CI/CD
• Enterprise-scale experience Grafana & Prometheus, distributed systems architecture and secret mgmt. solutions
• Nice to have Istio Service Mesh and zero-trust architecture
• Nice to Have banking environment or blockchain
