Procter & Gamble Warsaw Hub is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to impact multiple algorithmic programs across Retail, Digital, and Supply Chain. You will help ensure methodology soundness, manage risk in ongoing data science projects, and guide production-grade deployments.

You will join a global team of data scientists, work across ML, optimization, GenAI and BI contexts, and contribute to a resilient data pipeline culture in a scale-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in statistics, OR, CS, applied math or related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years in Data Science with 3+ years in production-grade DS/applications.
• Strong programming in Python; Spark experience preferred.
• Solid ML, optimization/OR, simulations, predictive modeling skills.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, and prioritisation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative across teams.
• Experience with Databricks/Spark/BigQuery; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile DevOps, Git/Github, Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data science implementations for methodology and assumption gaps.
• Identify risks in algorithms under development and propose remediation.
• Collaborate with global teams to build reliable algorithmic solutions.
• Translate data insights into actionable business guidance for stakeholders.
