Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data/Software Engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of leading engineering teams including seniors/mid/juniors.
• Strong backend development with production-grade REST APIs.
• Expert Python programming with OOP principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTS delivery squad and own end-to-end data product delivery.
• Architect low-latency, API-driven data solutions across a cloud data platform.
• Build backend services and REST APIs in Python.
• Develop data pipelines using Azure Databricks, DBT, SQL and cloud tech.
• Own data layers for availability, scalability and performance.
• Lead IaC deployments with Terraform.
• Mentor engineers and drive career growth and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards.
