Qualifications

• Mentor and lead data engineers, guiding best practices and code quality.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of scalable Data Lake solutions.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and set engineering practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers and guide problem solving.
• Translate business requirements into data models and backlogs with architects.
• Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC across cloud data environments.
• Drive pipeline optimizations and coordinate database integrations.
