Job summary

Bayer Warsaw Digital Hub is seeking a Lead Data Architect to drive analytics strategy for marketing and sales. You will lead analytics projects, architect data products, and oversee data pipelines across consumer and CRM use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• 8+ years in data/analytics, with 5+ in Commercial/Marketing (e.g. eCommerce, CPG/FMCG)
• Strong data architecture, data engineering & data management knowledge
• Proficiency in Azure Databricks, ADF, and cloud data stack
• Programming in SQL, Python, R; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of analytics projects for Consumer/Customer data and CRM/eCommerce use cases
• Design and manage integration of diverse data sources and reusable data models
• Drive data management processes and scalable data pipelines with best practices
• Coordinate with data architects, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver analytics products
• Guide external providers and internal teams as architect and lead engineer with cost/time estimations
• Advance cloud data & analytics tech stacks to support analytics products
