Job summary

Bayer Warsaw is seeking a Lead Data Architect for Marketing & Sales to guide data assets and analytics products. You will drive data integration, modeling and governance in a hybrid work setup with a focus on data-driven decision making.

The role requires extensive experience in data architecture, analytics and cloud platforms, with collaboration across global teams to deliver scalable solutions for Consumer Health and Sales analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• 8+ years in data-related area, 5+ years in Data & Analytics, preferably in Commercial/Marketing.
• Excellent data architecture, data engineering and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation projects in Consumer and/or Customer analytics to deliver scalable data products.
• Design and manage integration of different data sources and reusable data models/marts.
• Contribute to data management processes and event-based data management practices.
• Initiate Architecture Change Advisory Boards and collaborate with other architects and stakeholders.
