Job summary

Cisco's Webex Engineering Group is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to define the technical roadmap for the Partner Hub analytics platform and to design scalable data architectures. You will drive high-scale data pipelines and mentor teams to deliver secure, performant analytics capabilities.

Collaborating with product management and leadership across a global organization, you will apply Spark, Flink, Pinot, and Iceberg to power predictive analytics and data-driven decisions in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Extensive data engineering experience leading large-scale data infra projects.
Proficient with Spark and/or Flink and streaming architectures.
Strong data modeling and optimization for analytical systems.

Responsibilities

Define and complete the long-term technical strategy, setting architectural standards for the Partner Hub Analytics platform.
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data pipelines applying Spark, Flink, Pinot, and Iceberg.
Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, encouraging excellence and growth.
Collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into robust data solutions.
Establish data quality, observability, and reliability standards for platform stability.
Anticipate data engineering trends and evaluate new technologies to maintain success.
