Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive professional experience in data engineering, leading large-scale data infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in distributed data processing frameworks, Spark and/or Flink, with deep streaming knowledge.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling, database design, and performance optimization for large-scale analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and complete the long-term technical strategy, setting architectural standards for the Partner Hub Analytics platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data pipelines using Pinot, Iceberg, Flink, and Spark.
• Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting excellence and growth.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions.
• Establish industry-leading standards for data quality, observability, and system reliability.
