Cisco's Webex Engineering Group is redefining collaboration and building a Hybrid capable analytics platform. As a Data Analytics lead, you will define the technical roadmap for the Partner Hub analytics ecosystem and lead high-scale data architectures to keep the platform performant, secure, and resilient.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive data engineering experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with distributed processing frameworks Spark or Flink and streaming architectures.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the long-term data platform strategy and standards.
Design and deliver scalable data pipelines using Pinot, Iceberg, Spark, and Flink.
Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence across the org.
Collaborate with product and leadership to translate business needs into data solutions.
Ensure data quality, observability, and platform reliability.
