Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Poland seeks a Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale Data & AI solution designs. You will drive architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical strategy to deliver secure, scalable platforms aligned with business goals.

Key focus areas include lakehouse architectures, Azure Databricks, governance, and ADR/HLD/LLD documentation while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring privacy, security and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data, Solution or AI Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and lakehouse architectures.
• Expertise in dimensional modelling, conformed models and SCD patterns.
• Experience with Unity Catalog, data governance and security design.
• Knowledge of analytics, semantic layers and Databricks SQL capabilities.
• Experience producing architecture documentation (ADR, HLD, LLD).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and availability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław

Your role
