Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures.
• 8+ years of engineering or software delivery experience.
• Experience in large/global organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an advanced algorithm research and software development team.
• Lead team activities aligned with software project delivery needs, including capability and skillset growth.
• Establish operational policies within the designated area while guiding development engineers.
• Collaborate across key technology areas where custom applications and software integration are critical.
• Direct resource allocation and project assignments to meet customer-driven software commitments.
• Serve as an internally recognized leader, setting methods and evaluation criteria.
• Drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce cycle time, and enhance customer success.
