Job summary

OPmobility is seeking engineers to lead development of sensors, actuators and electro-mechanical components for mobility solutions. You will evaluate technologies, select suppliers, define requirements and ensure performance, quality and reliability across the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate testing, support industrialization and work with cross-functional teams. OPmobility offers co-financing of private medical care and life insurance with a capital fund, subsidized sports cards,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in product development or R&D in automotive/industrial.
• Knowledge of sensors and actuators in electro-mechanical products.
• Experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with testing, validation, and industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of electro-mechanical components.
• Evaluate technologies and select suppliers.
• Define product requirements and ensure performance and reliability.
• Coordinate testing and verify integration in final product.
• Support industrialization and serial production of new components.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to innovation projects and transfer knowledge to production.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between development and production teams.
