Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering or R&D teams.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend software development using Python.
• Strong experience designing and building distributed, highly available systems.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including Zero Trust and secure access architectures.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting ownership and collaboration.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable backend solutions.
• Define and oversee the architecture of high-performance gateway and proxy services.
• Implement secure remote access solutions connecting IT and OT environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Security Researchers, and Engineering teams.
