Job summary

You will mentor engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and partner with Engineering, Product, Design and Operations to deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Joining a cross-border Digital and Technology Directorate, you will ensure performance, security, and compliance while aligning with agile delivery plans

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to backend engineers.
• Design, implement and review backend components and ensure system stability and security.
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deliver backend projects.
• Develop analytics, reporting and ensure documentation and best practices.
