Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our client’s Warsaw team in an international environment where English is the primary language.

You will design, build, and maintain automated tests for UI and API levels, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers to close gaps early. The role offers a flexible hybrid model and opportunities in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of practical experience in software test automation.
• Experience with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with API test automation tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
• Working knowledge of Java or .NET / JavaScript for writing automation code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized test environments.
• Performance/load testing experience (JMeter, Gatling).
• Financial services or transfer agency domain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites at UI and API levels.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression coverage.
• Collaborate with developers to identify test coverage gaps and edge cases early in the development cycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis on test failures and defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test data management and environment stability for automated test execution.
• Report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness to the team.
