Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to own the end-to-end architecture of a hardware-assisted threat-detection platform on Windows. You will coordinate telemetry, ML inference, and partner interfaces while driving security and performance goals.

You will mentor senior engineers, define technical KPIs, and lead architectural decisions across multiple workstreams. On-site in Gdańsk with eligibility for relocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software, systems, platform, hardware, security, or ML engineering experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on depth in at least one of the listed areas with credible coverage in another.
• Experience leading architecture decisions across multiple components and teams.
• Strong technical communication with engineering, partners, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of the hardware-assisted threat-detection platform.
• Define strategy, interfaces, and integration model across Lab, ML, and Real-Time workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional architectural decisions on telemetry, Windows, ML inference, and security constraints.
• Establish quality standards, design reviews, and engineering readiness criteria.
• Mentor senior engineers and resolve cross-disciplinary technical problems.
• Represent the platform in client reviews and partner discussions.
