Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a Real-Time Developer to lead the runtime and integration workstream on a Windows-focused platform in Gdańsk. You will design high-throughput data pipelines and the SDK layer for security-software partners, with ML inference integration and performance-focused optimization.

The role requires 4+ years in systems programming with strong C/C++ skills, Windows kernel experience, and on-site collaboration. This position offers a challenging, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Windows kernel-mode drivers or related low-level Windows components.
• 5+ years in systems programming using C/C++, with Rust relevant if strong low-level background.
• Hands-on Windows kernel programming, driver-to-user-space communication, and real-time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines transferring CPU telemetry from Windows kernel-mode to user-space ML runtime.
• Develop communication between kernel-mode and user-space components and the real-time inference integration layer.
• Integrate ML runtimes (ONNX OpenVINO or equivalents) and design a stable SDK/API for partners.
• Implement per-process/thread attribution, optimize throughput, latency, memory, and CPU usage.
• Develop tests (unit/integration/regression/load/stress) and perform hardware-in-the-loop verification.
• Collaborate with Lab/ML Engineers to validate model integration and end-to-end behavior.
• Document architecture, protocols, APIs, performance characteristics, and known limitations.
• Work on-site regularly in Gdańsk with hardware validation environments.
