Job summary

Batgroup is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join the Warsaw-based engineering team, with hybrid/remote work options. You will manage AWS infrastructure, design CI/CD pipelines, and build automation to empower engineers.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools, maintain security, and ensure high availability across environments. The role suits professionals with strong cloud and automation skills seeking growth with a leadership-minded team.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Commercial experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS.
Solid experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider with willingness to master AWS).
Proven track record with CI/CD automation, specifically GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Observability expertise, with ELK Stack or similar tracing/logging solutions.
Cloud security and compliance mindset, with focus on secure architecture.

Responsibilities

Maintain AWS-based infrastructure.
Design, maintain, and extend robust CI/CD pipelines.
Build automations and tooling that increase engineering productivity.
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and security of environments.
Drive continuous improvements across cloud security posture and deployment processes.
