Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking an on-site role in Kraków for a senior leader in AI-enabled software engineering. You will drive AI-assisted development, set engineering standards, and scale reusable AI tooling across the enterprise.

As a technical leader, you will influence engineers, architects and leaders to improve delivery, quality and productivity while embracing cloud-native delivery models and automation.

Qualifications

• Deep software engineering expertise with hands-on experience delivering production-grade software, AI or data solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven ability to boost engineering productivity via tooling, automation and standardisation.
• Strong technical leadership capable of guiding engineers without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills with a passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and effective use of AI-assisted software engineering across teams.
• Establish and evolve engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps and quality frameworks.
• Identify and introduce new engineering tools and methodologies to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks and templates to raise engineering maturity.
• Collaborate with Platform, Data Engineering, Product Owners, Architects and AI Scientists to improve enterprise AI solutions.
