Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI architecture and tech transformation in a global environment.
• Defined tech strategies, standards, operating models and governance for scalable AI.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, cloud platforms, software engineering.
• Experience leading senior technical professionals across disciplines and geographies.
• Integrity, teamwork and ability to influence technical audiences.
• Track record improving engineering effectiveness through platforms, tooling and automation.
• Master's degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evolve architecture, standards and operating model for enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering excellence, UX, reliability.
• Establish reusable architectures and accelerators for faster AI delivery.
• Drive AI engineering excellence with CI/CD, DevSecOps and productivity initiatives.
• Partner with business and leaders to align AI standards with goals.
• Shape enterprise AI strategy and enable scalable AI across Danaher.
• Develop a diverse, high-performing global AI team and foster collaboration.
