Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in modern AI methodologies and generative/agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of AI architectures, model evaluation and benchmarking.
• Proven ability to translate research into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, apply and operationalise emerging AI methodologies to identify opportunities across Danaher.
• Design rigorous experiments and benchmarks to determine readiness for enterprise adoption.
• Develop and productize novel AI approaches (Generative AI, agentic AI, ML, multimodal AI).
• Translate research results into reusable capabilities and reference implementations for the organization.
• Collaborate with Platform, Data, Product Owners, Architects, AI/Software Engineers to accelerate delivery.
