Viktor is seeking a Product Designer to shape the core product experience across Slack, Teams, the web, desktop, and mobile apps. You will own visual language, interactions, and AI-native UX patterns while collaborating with engineers to ship fast.

You should thrive in ambiguity, own design decisions, and raise the product taste bar with meticulous craft and high autonomy. This role supports onsite and remote work in Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong product taste and ability to explain flow decisions clearly.
• Exceptional visual design as a core strength (typography, color, layout, composition).
• Very high craft in interaction design and detail.
• High autonomy to move from ambiguous problems to prototypes quickly.
• Strong collaboration with engineers to ship fast and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Design core Viktor product surfaces across Slack, Microsoft Teams, web, desktop, and mobile apps, onboarding, integrations, permissions, billing, collaboration, and admin flows.
• Set the visual bar for the product to feel premium and trustworthy at first glance.
• Turn vague problems into clear interaction models.
• Prototype AI-native UX patterns before industry consensus forms.
• Improve clarity, trust, and control in moments where AI behavior can feel confusing.
• Attend to empty states, loading states, error states, edge cases, copy, spacing, hierarchy.
• Help raise the product taste bar across everything users touch.
