Job summary

Jugabet is seeking a Marketing Director to own the LATAM region's overall marketing direction across performance channels, SEO, SMM, affiliates, influencers and brand initiatives. You will lead and manage a media buying team, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong traffic quality.

You will identify new traffic sources, coordinate with cross-functional teams, translate market insights into briefs, and drive growth initiatives while aligning with local player behaviour and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital or performance marketing with leadership in iGaming.
• Experience managing media buyers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in audience targeting across major platforms and lookalike testing.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive LATAM marketing strategy including performance, SEO, SMM, affiliates and brand initiatives.
• Lead media buying team, budget allocation, CPA control and traffic quality.
