  • Manage the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring timely calibration, product testing, and product audits that support production plans and quality requirements.
  • Monitor laboratory performance through KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that increase efficiency, optimize costs, and improve service levels.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams to investigate product issues, reduce response times, and support new product introductions and manufacturing improvements.

  • Experience managing people, driving performance, and developing technical teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, laboratory management practices, and calibration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to improve processes, manage risks, and optimize operational performance.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and international teams.
What You'll Get From Us
  • The opportunity to lead a laboratory that is essential to product quality, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • A highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape laboratory operations, influence strategic improvements, and introduce new technologies.
  • Close collaboration with Production, Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams in an international environment.
