Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software engineering.
Experience building, maintaining, or troubleshooting robust systems.
Comfortable with Java and Spring Boot or Micronaut.
Working knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks.
Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex L3 technical issues escalated from the support team.
Maintain and improve existing systems for stability, reliability, and performance.
Analyze incident root causes and implement long-term fixes.
Debug backend Java and frontend React components.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bugs and improve system behavior.
Review logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect problems.
Handle advanced production-system issues beyond standard support scope.
Improve monitoring, alerting, AI-driven troubleshooting, and operational processes.
Contribute to performance tuning and system optimization.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
Share knowledge with internal teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience building, maintaining, or troubleshooting robust systems
Comfortable with Java and Spring Boot or Micronaut
Working knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks
Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Effective communication in Polish and English, with English at minimum B2 level
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Cloud Storage, or Compute Engine is a bonus
Experience with OWASP standards or OWASP Dependency-Check is a bonus
Experience with AI-assisted debugging, telemetry tools, or SRE practices is a bonus
Prior support or maintenance experience is a bonus
