Job summary

Aras Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer for the L3 Support engineering team to resolve escalated issues in Aras Innovator, our enterprise low-code platform. You will diagnose problems, deliver fixes, and improve platform stability across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

You will investigate complex issues, drive escalations through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment, and collaborate with product teams to refine solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development with .NET in production.
• Strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented design.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Familiar with REST APIs and HTTP standards.
• Proficient with Git and modern IDEs.
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate+ English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues affecting Aras Innovator customers.
• Investigate root causes across the application stack and implement fixes.
• Develop enhancements addressing customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine solutions and strategies.
• Support upgrades and adapt functionality to newer product versions.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and use AI-assisted development where appropriate.
• Share knowledge to improve support and engineering practices.
