Work is remote with occasional visits to offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, and Łódź. Strong English (B2) and Excel skills are required, with a competitive B2B/CoMandate arrangement.

Work model: Remote (with occasional visits in one of the offices: Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź )

Project

We are looking for a KYC Analyst to join our team and support customer onboarding and due diligence processes. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Customer Onboarding, or Banking Operations who are looking to further develop their expertise in customer due diligence and regulatory processes within the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Experience in KYC, Customer Onboarding, AML, CDD, or a related operational role within the financial services industry

Hands-on experience with KYC Branch Tool in a Nordic banking environment

• Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes
• Ability to review, validate, and analyse customer documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
