Job summary

Societe Generale Warsaw is seeking a KYC/AML Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end KYC reviews, client due diligence, and risk assessments within a dynamic, international environment.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and globally based stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate client profiles. English fluency is essential, with Italian/German/Polish as assets.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of KYC/AML functions in Corporate and Investment Banking.
• Fluent English; Italian/German/Polish a strong asset.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated communication skills with diverse stakeholders in a global context.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute KYC periodic reviews for a portfolio of Investment Banking clients, including Italian entities.
• Perform customer due diligence, AML risk assessments, and analyze ownership structures.
• Conduct sanctions and adverse media screenings and escalate findings as needed.
• Prepare and validate KYC documents and maintain up-to-date client profiles.
• Serve as a key contact for Front Office, Compliance and other teams to ensure timely KYC reviews.
