Job summary

Planet in Warszawa is seeking an AML Specialist to support onboarding of merchants and ongoing monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct CDD/KYC reviews, sanctions screening, and risk assessments, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

You should have strong analytical and investigative skills, be proficient in English, and comfortable with MS Office. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience within payments, banking, fintech, acquiring, or financial services.
• AML experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML screening, risk assessment, and adverse screening with escalation as needed.
• Review alerts and conduct periodic customer reviews and remediation exercises.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, Risk, Legal and other functions to ensure AML/KYC compliance.
