Job summary

Position Overview

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Engineer IV) responsible for building, managing, and improving Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability of services, and streamlining deployments.

Team Composition

Join an international team of young and experienced engineers who build and manage Kubernetes clusters that offer block and object‑based storage as a platform.

Responsibilities

• Work on product backlog and refine features for current and new platforms.
• Build integrations of various infra systems to support end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Manage, maintain and enhance existing platforms using GitOps practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable best practices and drive adoption.
• Provide 24x7 coverage (weekends and evenings) for standby duty on a rotational basis with other team members.
