The project focuses on building a platform that helps control owners and engineering teams clearly see, manage, and track their compliance with software development standards in one place. As a Kotlin Developer you will work on Kotlin and Java based web applications and APIs, contributing to one of several applications or proof of concepts, depending on your experience and where you fit best. The platform is built around a microservice architecture and emphasises clean code, well designed APIs and modern engineering practices used.
What you will do?
- Work closely with developers, testers and teams across the organisation to build, run and improve products in production
- Design, develop, and deliver both backend and lightweight frontend features based on the backlog and priorities; the UI layer is intentionally simple and not classic frontend heavy work
- Partner with the engineering team to shape, build, and release new features from idea to production
- Engage directly with users and stakeholders to solve real problems, handle issues and respond to feature requests
- Build APIs and microservices that address concrete business needs
- Deliver frequent, reliable releases in an agile CI/CD setup, keeping a steady and sustainable development pace
