Job summary

AMC Insurance Brokers is hiring a full-time Korean-Speaking Auto Insurance Advisor to join our Coquitlam teams. The role requires a Level 1 BC General Insurance license (Level 2 preferred) and ICBC Policy Center experience.

Qualifications

• Language: Proficiency in Korean (required).
• Licensing: Level 1 BC General Insurance license or willingness to obtain with our support; Level 2 preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICBC Autoplan experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ICBC Autoplan transactions, renewals, and policy changes using ICBC Policy Center.
• Provide expert guidance on auto insurance options, coverage details, and registry services.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships and deliver outstanding service in Korean and English.
