Job summary

InsureLine Brokers (Alder) is hiring an ICBC Autoplan Agent to serve clients in person and by phone. You will process Autoplan transactions, offer optional coverage and be a friendly, knowledgeable face for the brokerage.

In this role you will follow ICBC rules, maintain confidential client records, and work both independently and with a team to deliver accurate service and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• BC Level 1 General Insurance licence (Autoplan) is required.
• Autoplan or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable with computers and new systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some flexibility with duties and hours.

Responsibilities

• Process Autoplan transactions: new policies, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
• Provide ICBC Autoplan and optional coverage quotes.
• Serve walk-in and call-in clients with friendly, accurate service.
• Keep client records organized and confidential.
• Follow ICBC rules, licensing requirements and company policy.
• Introduce clients to other insurance services where it helps them.
