Job summary

Sanoma Learning is seeking a customer service oriented professional to handle inbound traffic, ensuring accurate information on orders, products, campaigns, and ongoing promotions. You will assist customers with issues, complaints, and returns, and provide technical support for multimedia products.

In addition, you will engage in outbound activities such as data verification, market research, sharing information about new products, and inviting customers to meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complaints and returns and provide product information.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service tasks in inbound traffic, ensure correct and timely execution.
• Provide information on products, services, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Assist in resolving problems and handling complaints and returns; provide technical support for multimedia products.
• Outbound activities include data verification, market research, informing about new products and campaigns, and inviting customers to meetings.
