Job summary

Sanoma Learning is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating needs into people strategies and driving engagement. The HRBP will guide managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and performance management while leading key HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HRBP or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in matrix global organizations; Workday is preferred.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth communication during transformations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
