Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is recruiting for a Knowledge Systems Data Assistant to join Linklaters Global Solutions within the Business Management – Knowledge team. You will help maintain and improve knowledge management systems that support our legal professionals worldwide.

You will collaborate with local and global colleagues, perform data uploads and audits, classify documents for searchability, implement quality checks, manage user access, and prepare data metrics reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience with knowledge management systems and data governance.
  • Ability to audit and upload data while maintaining quality.
  • Capability to categorize legal documents for efficient search.
  • Proactive problem solving and issue troubleshooting.
  • Ability to administer user access rights securely.

For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Knowledge Systems Data Assistant role. About the Team You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the Business Management – Knowledge team, that plays a central role in supporting the firm’s legal practice by ensuring lawyers and business professionals have seamless access to high-quality legal knowledge, resources, and information. As Knowledge Systems Data Assistant you will join our global team responsible for maintaining and improving our knowledge management systems that support our legal professionals worldwide. Collaborating with business management colleagues, lawyers, and knowledge management teams, we ensure high-quality, efficiently managed data and knowledge platforms.

  • Supporting the regular operation and maintenance of knowledge systems
  • Uploading new data and conducting audits to ensure data integrity
