What You’ll Do
  • Develop and lead comprehensive, long‑term content strategies across all marketing and social channels.
  • Coordinate the creative output of content teams to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Act as the voice of the player internally, using insights and data analytics to build content and product roadmaps.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and new game releases to build relevant content.
  • Define important metrics, track performance, and optimize strategies to demonstrate content efficiency.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high‑functioning, cross‑disciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with departments such as game development, publishing, marketing, and product teams for coordinated content efforts.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in content leadership or strategy roles within gaming, entertainment, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, communities, genres, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools to inform decision‑making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence collaborators.
