Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wroclaw invites you to join the GBS Compliance Services Team within the Legal & Compliance Department for a 6-month paid internship.

You will support daily tasks, learn to use tools and systems, and handle administrative duties; on-site presence required at least 3 days a week.

Fluent English (min B2) and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are valued; current students or graduates in compliance or related fields are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (min B2) and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Transparency and Disclosure process assistance.
• Data cleansing for payments to HCPs and HCOs.
• Processing and validating compliance data.
• Supporting GCRMP documentation creation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, business units and countries.
• General administration of documents.

Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Compliance Services Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department.

You will be able to support our Compliance Services Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.

The start date of our 6 month long paid internship program planned for October 2026. The working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

The position

You will be able to support our Compliance Services Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Transparency and Disclosure process assistance.
• Perform transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs)
• Processing and validating compliance data
• Supporting GCRMP documentation creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various Boehringer stakeholders from Legal and Compliance functions, business units, and different countries
• General administration of the documents.

You should speak English fluently (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.

• Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
