Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager of Clinical Affairs to lead a nationwide team of clinical specialists and collaborate with hospitals across Poland to advance wound care therapies and digital health solutions. You will apply clinical expertise to support patient outcomes and ensure compliance with medical standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams, and experience training clinicians and implementing digital health

Qualifications

• Higher education in medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering or related health field.
• Experience providing clinical support and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop staff and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical specialists team across the country.
• Plan field activities, allocate resources and monitor KPIs related to clinical support quality and client satisfaction.
• Support advanced medical therapies, especially wound care, through clinical expertise and collaboration with clinical staff.
• Work with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure high-quality clinical support during product implementations and trainings.
• Develop and run educational programs, workshops, and scientific presentations for healthcare professionals.
