Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Key User to be the first line of support for users of our warehouse IT system. You will configure and adjust the system, plan changes, and ensure continuous operation within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in warehouse or production settings, familiarity with WMS (preferably JDA/BY Dispatcher), strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in Polish and good English are required, with a 2-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Experience with WMS systems – JDA/BY Dispatcher preferred.
• Exposure to JDA WMS is a plus.
• Computer Science knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under time pressure and solve problems.
• Polish language fluent, English good.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in working in a warehouse or production,
• Experience in working with WMS system – preferable JDA/BY Dispatcher
• Welcome knowledge of the JDA WMS system,
• Knowledge of computer science
• Knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel),
• Ability to work under pressure of time
• Ability to problem solving
• Fluent in Polish, Good knowledge of English
• Ready to work in a 2-shift system
