Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Key User to be the first line of support for users of our warehouse IT system. You will configure and adjust the system, plan changes, and ensure continuous operation within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in warehouse or production settings, familiarity with WMS (preferably JDA/BY Dispatcher), strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in Polish and good English are required, with a 2-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Experience with WMS systems – JDA/BY Dispatcher preferred.
• Exposure to JDA WMS is a plus.
• Computer Science knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under time pressure and solve problems.
• Polish language fluent, English good.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Proposing, reviewing and implementing changes in the configuration of the IT system and maintaining the continuity of the system's operation.
• Planning and testing changes in the configuration of the warehouse IT system in accordance with cooperation with the customer and the operation.
• Supporting employees in increasing their knowledge about the warehouse system.
• Solving current problems - operation support.
• Solving system problems independently.
• Proactive action and IT system problem solving and the IT infrastructure of the warehouse.
• Direct contact with client.
• IT infrastructure management.
