Description

As a business analyst at Kearney, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client's unique needs, projects can differ in length, size, and location, giving you unique, hands‑on experiences across a range of industries and service practices. Key responsibilities
  • Ensure the success of projects by completing tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
  • Support project workstreams and teams as you work alongside clients from various industries and service practices to create recommendations and implement co‑created solutions.
  • Assist the firm's business development through generating proposals.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
  • Participate in firm‑building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.

Interview process
