Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Voice Designer to join our Shared Development Services team in Warsaw. This role supports Audio teams across Poland and North America with dialogue recording, editing, voice design, and mastering, and offers hybrid working mode in the Warsaw hub.

You will contribute to the development and improvement of voice-over tools, workflows, and pipelines, ensuring high-quality dialogue delivery for multiple projects, using Unreal Engine 5 and Wwise in a collaborative

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an experienced Senior Voice Designer to join our Shared Development Services team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects and support Audio teams in Poland and North America with dialogue recording, editing, voice design, and mastering. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of voice-over tools, workflows, and pipelines, helping to deliver immersive and high-quality player experiences.
(This position requires working in our Warsaw Hub. Hybrid working mode available)

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Localization, Audio Code, and Sound Design teams to ensure the highest quality of dialogue in our games.
• Use Reaper DAW to edit, clean up, and prepare dialogue recordings.
• Design and implement voice-over post-processing solutions for various projects and genres.
• Design systems for crowd sounds.
• Maintain, improve, and support custom voice-over mastering pipelines and tools.
• Conduct in-house voice recording sessions.
• Support and manage voice recording activities during performance capture sessions.
• Design and maintain voice-over related systems, including vocalizations, reactions, breathing, and exertion systems.
• Implement and maintain voice-over content in Unreal Engine 5 and Wwise.
• Contribute to improvements in voice-over workflows, tools, and production processes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with dialogue in games, films or both.
• Experience with recording dialogue during Performance Capture.
• Experience with dialogue recording, editing, voice designs, mixing and mastering.
• Experience with Wwise middleware.

Nice to have:

• Experience of full development cycle of large AAA open world game.
• Ability to create custom scripts for Reaper/Wwise to improve efficiency and effectiveness of dialogue pipelines.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.

Working mode

Estimated pay range for this position: 19 000 – 29 600 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
